Whether you’re entertaining clients, planning a team event or launching a product, The Irish Whiskey Museum, is the ideal venue. Located in a historic building in the heart of Dublin’s City Centre, it is a prime spot for any private event with the beautiful Dublin backdrop.
The Irish Whiskey Museum is one of the most central visitor attractions in Dublin. We are located directly across from the main entrance of Trinity College. All public transport will leave you within walking distance, including the bus, train, LUAS, DART and taxis. There are also several carpark located around the area.
All venue hire includes a guided tour and a tasting of 3 featured Irish Whiskeys for every guest. Book private access to either 1, 2 or 3 floors of the IWM.

Featuring 3 of our tour rooms: the Apothecary, the Shebeen and the Victorian Bar. All rooms are adjoining which means that guests can flow easily throughout the rooms.
The Apothecary and the Shebeen can each hold 25 people standing, while the Victorian Bar can have 30 seated or 45 standing. When hiring the 1st and 2nd floors together, there is a maximum capacity of 120 people.
The top floor of the building has 2 rooms, the Blending Room and the Tasting Bar. This is where our guides would usually lead our interactive whiskey tastings.
The Blending Room is also available to hire on a half-day or full-day basis 8.30am-4pm and is perfect for group meetings or presentations. Download our Events Brochure for full details.

We have multiple catering partners located in Dublin City Centre. Choose from a range of canapés & supper bowls or more refined bites to suit your event and budget.
DRINKS PACKAGES
Avail of our full bar with a range of Irish Whiskey along with cocktails, Guinness, beer, larger, wine & soft drinks. We offer a range of classic cocktail receptions to bespoke event packages and are happy to send these through upon request.
ENTERTAINMENT
We have a range of traditional Irish musicians and storytellers available for event hire. Looking for something different? Add an extra element to your event by hiring our Karaoke machine.
TRANSPORT
Our parent company, EI Travel Group, offers coach hire to and from the Irish Whiskey Museum. Our team can provide further details depending on your requirements.
